Make sure to note in the form that you have a Gift Voucher ready to use.
Bring either a digital or physical copy of your voucher receipt to your scheduled appointment. Receipt will be emailed immediately upon purchase

Age Requirement: The recipient must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID maybe required at the time of the appointment.
Booking & Availability: Submitting a booking form does not guarantee an automatic appointment slot. All projects are subject to standard review and current availability.
Expiration: This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Deposits & Cancellations: This voucher can be used towards your booking deposit. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit value/voucher may be forfeited.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
